MAP® can be altered only through extremely high temperatures above 536°F (280°C). Therefore, normal cooking, baking and boiling temperatures do not alter the nutritional value of MAP®.

Clinical studies results have shown that MAP® provides only 0.04 kcal/g. By comparison dietary proteins, protein supplements or amino acids formula provide 4.00 kcal/g. That is 99 times more kcal/g in comparison to MAP®.

26. Q: What is the daily recommended dosage of MAP® for an athlete to get the best results in the shortest time?

  • For anybody involved in physical activity: 10 tablets of MAP®, thirty minutes before training, in conjunction with the daily requirement of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
  • For professional athletes: 10 tablets of MAP®, thirty minutes before training, in conjunction with the daily requirement of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. And an additional 10 tablets of MAP® to be taken two hours after working out.

Warning: Never take more than ten tablets of MAP® within a two-hour period.

27. Q: May protein supplements be taken with MAP®?

No. Protein supplements should not be taken in conjunction with MAP®, in order to prevent:

  • a decrease in Body Protein Synthesis;
  • an increase in nitrogen catabolites (BUN), that is metabolic toxic waste; and
  • an overloading of digestive functions.

28. Q: Is it necessary to take vitamins, minerals and trace elements in conjunction with MAP®?
